| Regarding the complete non-smoking policy | This facility is completely non-smoking, including in the guest rooms. Please refrain from smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products) in the guest rooms. If smoking is detected in the guest room and special cleaning such as deodorization and restoration to its original condition is required, a special cleaning fee of 20,000 yen may be charged. Furthermore, in cases of malicious behavior or repeated failure to follow the rules, we may refuse future reservations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable stay. |
