    Live abalone, live Boshu Shrimp, grilled turban shell, whole simmered golden snapper, deep-fried skewers of minke whale—
    This is a full course meal for discerning adults, with one dish after another that will make you say, "I came back because I wanted to eat this again."
    To finish, enjoy the lingering taste of Boso with "habanori chazuke" (rice with seaweed and green tea), which has the aroma of the sea.
